My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Taylor S in the beginning and he was extremely helpful with our new bath tub/shower install process. Super easy. Our tub/shower was done on the day promised with Brandon K doing the install. They both helped with all questions and they did a great job! I’ll recommend Trident to anyone I know! So impressed with this company and their employees. They were the first company we worked with and after meeting with Taylor, we knew we didn’t need to call anyone else. He was kind, patient, thorough and honest. The install was done in a day, as promised, and the young man did a great job, everything was cleaned up afterwards, and he was very professional. After install, we needed help with something and Devon came to the rescue and was so kind, driving two hours to help right away!! They were there promptly at the time promised. Did almost all the work in a day. The only thing they didn't complete that day was putting in the shower shelves. My wife and I had to leave so they wanted to consult with us for their height. They didn't just put them where they wanted them, they came back (at no extra cost) to make sure we were happy with the location/height. When we came home there was no mess to clean up just a new beautiful bathroom. We couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend Trident Bath and Shower. I have to spend a lot of time in a heated bath for a medical condition, but my neck was killing me. I thought that I would have to have a wall partially knocked out to accommodate my head but after a thorough assessment of my needs, Owe can up with a much better solution. This company is great to work with. They stay in touch to let you know how orders were progressing; did the project in 1 day, were very courteous and very skilled. They really paid attention to detail; all of the caulking was perfect, and they took the time to do it right. There was a stone molding that, instead of just going over it, they carefully cut the stone to make the tub wall fit perfectly.
